Terms of Service

Service Description

Revenue Deployed provides lead capture and response automation systems for home service businesses. Our services include website development, form design, SMS and email automation, CRM integration, call routing, reporting dashboards, and ongoing system maintenance.

We offer two primary service tiers: Ignite (standard lead system) and Accelerate (lead system plus dedicated revenue operations). A pilot program is also available for select markets at reduced pricing.

Payment Terms

All services require an upfront setup fee and a recurring monthly retainer. Setup fees are due before project commencement. Monthly retainers are billed on the first of each month and are non-refundable.

Ignite: $1,997 setup + $497/month. Accelerate: $2,997 setup + $797/month. Pilot program: $197/month for 90 days, then conversion to standard pricing. Overages for SMS and email usage beyond included limits are billed at cost.

Cancellation

Ignite and Accelerate subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. The pilot program requires a 90-day minimum commitment. After the initial commitment period, pilot subscribers may cancel with 30 days notice.

Upon cancellation, we will provide a full export of your leads, automation data, and templates. Your domain and any third-party accounts registered in your name remain your property. Setup fees are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Revenue Deployed provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of our services.

In no event shall Revenue Deployed be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
